Exchange/Refund
We offer a full refund up to 30 days from the date of purchase on any items that customers are not 100% satisfied with. Please be aware that all items will need to be returned to us in the exact condition they were received in. Please also note that the cost of returning any item to us is left at the customer’s expense
Faulty Items
Please note that great care is taken to inspect each and every item that is dispatched from us to ensure all items are in perfect condition before arrival to you. However, if you feel that the item you have received is deemed to be faulty; please contact us via our ‘contact us’ page or alternatively, send an us an email containing the details about the item you feel is faulty to orders@ironmunky.co.uk (please be sure to insert your original order number into the ‘subject’ line). Please note in accepted circumstances we will offer a full refund for faulty items only up to 30 days from the date the item was purchased. Please note that the cost of returning any item to us is left at the customer’s expense.
Cancelling an Order
You have the right to cancel any order made with us up to 24 hours from when the order was placed. This process MUST be done via email as soon as possible using the following email address: orders@ironmunky.co.uk. Please be sure to insert your original order number within the ‘subject’ line and explain the reason why you wish to cancel the order using as much detail as possible. Any items dispatched before this email is received will result in the cost of returning the item being left at the customer’s expense.
